By month 10, you should pretty much be done except for waiting and trying to get the last one or two islands infected. You pretty much need 2 billion dead by about month 8 or so to have any chance of winning. I'm trying to decide whether to get Mosquito/Blood 1 &2 & Extreme Heamtology or getting Skin Lesions/Necrosis/Haemorraghic Shock or Immune Suppression/Total Organ Failure. Next, get Livestock/Rodent/Bird 1 & 2 & Extreme Zoonosis.
Cold/Drug Resistance 1 to start off infecting. Evolve Rash, Sweating, Coughing, Sneezing. Start in India, with ATP Boost, Darwinist, Suppression, Extremophile, and Trans-stasis. However, if an island isn't infected in a month, reload. Getting the islands infected is a matter of reloading constantly and saving whenever one gets infected. You basically need to start evolving the killing symptoms right away to have any chance of finishing inside of a year (basically the requirement for a 3-biohazard). The main problem is getting the islands and kill speed. Ok, I think I may be on the track of a viable starting strategy.
